Terms & Conditions – Apni Ride
Welcome to Apni Ride. By booking or using our rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Apni Ride, the customer must:
Be 18 years or older
Hold a valid driving license
Provide government ID proof
Agree to all safety and verification checks
We reserve the right to reject bookings if documents are invalid or unclear.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through www.apniride.in or via our support team.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Security deposit (if applicable) must be paid before vehicle pickup.
Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
3. Vehicle Pickup Requirements
At the time of pickup, customers must:
Present original driving license
Provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
Sign the rental agreement or verification form
Inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage
Failure to provide required documents may result in booking cancellation without refund.
4. Usage Rules
Customers must:
Use the vehicle responsibly
Follow traffic rules & safety laws
Not exceed the permitted km limit (if applicable)
Not use the vehicle for racing, stunts, towing, or illegal activities
Not sub-rent or give the vehicle to another person
Park safely and avoid restricted or unsafe locations
Any misuse will result in penalties and immediate cancellation.
5. Damage & Liability
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
In case of accident, customer must inform Apni Ride immediately.
Repair charges, towing cost, downtime charges, or penalty will be applied as per company policy.
Loss of helmet, keys, or accessories will incur additional charges.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level.
Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
Shortage of fuel will be charged accordingly.
7. Late Return Policy
Returning the vehicle later than the agreed time will incur late charges.
Extra hours may be billed as per hourly or daily rates.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Refund and cancellation rules follow our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No-shows, invalid documents, or misuse will result in no refund.
9. Breakdown & Replacement
In case of a technical issue, Apni Ride will try to arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle (subject to availability).
Replacement is not guaranteed for issues caused by customer negligence.
10. Prohibited Activities
Customers are NOT allowed to:
Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Use the vehicle for commercial transport without permission
Cross state borders without prior approval
Carry hazardous or illegal items
Violation may lead to legal action.
11. Data & Privacy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data.
12. Modifications
Apni Ride reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Latest updates will be available on www.apniride.in.
