Refund & Cancellation Policy – Apni Ride
At Apni Ride, we aim to provide smooth and reliable rental services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines the rules for ride cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
a) Cancellation Before Ride Start
If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 6 hours of pickup, no refund will be issued.
b) Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made after the vehicle has been prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction or convenience fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
In case of delays, customers may contact our support team with booking details.
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location and has not informed us, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Vehicle Issue or Unavailability (By Apni Ride)
In rare cases where the booked vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues, we will:
Offer a replacement vehicle of the same or better category, or
Provide a full refund if no alternative vehicle is available.
No additional compensation shall be provided.
5. Early Return of Vehicle
If a customer returns the vehicle earlier than scheduled, no refund will be issued for the unused rental duration.
6. Late Cancellation or Change Request
Changes in pickup time, vehicle type, or rental duration are subject to availability.
Extra charges may apply depending on the request.
7. Damage, Misuse & Policy Violations
If the booking is canceled by Apni Ride due to:
Misuse of vehicle
Invalid documents
Fraudulent activity
Policy violation
Safety concerns
Then no refund will be issued.
